1. Do you have an online store?

2. What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay via bank transfer or PayPal.
3. Where do you ship from?
I create and ship my artworks from Spain to anywhere in the world.
4. How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the piece and the distance from Spain to your country. A panel approximately 40×40 cm weighs around 500 g (excluding packaging). I use certified shipping via Correos España, with tracking.
5. How long does it take to complete and deliver a piece?
Creating a panel (around 30×30 cm) takes about 9–10 days. Shipping time depends on the destination country and postal service conditions — holidays, transportation method (air, land, sea), and customs may affect timing.
6. Can I request a custom textile panel?
Yes, I accept commissions. Please write to me at regnumlavadiae@gmail.com, and we’ll discuss the details of your custom work.
7. What materials do you use?
I work with cotton or muslin fabric, textile paints, black thread for machine stitching, black cord, and thin wooden rods to stabilize the panel.
8. Is it really handmade?
Yes — each panel is 100% handmade from start to finish.
9. How do you fix the paint?
Once the paint is dry, I fix it with heat so it becomes resistant to moisture and can be gently cleaned.
10. How should I care for the panel?
Dry cleaning by professionals is recommended. However, you can hand-wash the panel carefully:
Remove the wooden rods.
Fill a basin or tub with warm water and mild soap or neutral shampoo.
Gently clean the surface with a soft sponge.
Rinse. Do not twist or wring!
Let the water drain and hang it by the cord with two clips. Avoid sunlight.
When dry, iron it through light-colored paper on both sides.
Insert the wooden rods and hang the panel again.
11. Can I return or exchange the artwork?
No, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
12. Do you collaborate with interior designers or galleries?
Yes, I am open to collaborations. Please contact me by email.
